		Flight Delays
		If you have travelled on/after 17 February 2005 from an EU airport; or to an EU airport with an EU airline and you have been delayed, the EC regulations 261/2004 states you are entitled to the following:
		If your length of flight is 1500km and you have been delayed 2-5 hours or; your length of flight is 1500-2500km and you have been delayed 3-5 hours or; your length of flight is 3500km and you have been delayed 4-5 hours, you are entitled to-
		2 Free telephone calls/emails/faxes, meals and refreshments in relation to the waiting time.
		If you have been delayed for 5 hours or more, you are entitled to-
		2 Free telehpne calls/emails/faxes, meals and refreshments in relation to the waiting time and hotel accommodation with transfers to and from the airport (if the delay extends overnight). If you chose not to travel on the affective flight/s, you are entitled to a refund of the unused ticket/s. If the affected flight/s is a connecting flights to your destination and you chose not to continue with your travel plans, you are entitled to a refund of the total cost of the ticket and a free flight back to the original departing airport.
