Flight Downgrades | |||||
| If you have travelled on/after 17 February 2005 from an EU airport; or to an EU airport with an EU airline and you have been downgraded, the EC regulations 261/2004 states you are entitled to the following: | |||||||
| If your length of journey is 1500km or less, you are entitled to 30% refund of the price of the ticket purchased (or sector if downgraded oneway) | |||||||
| If your length of journey is 1500-3500km, you are entitled to 50% refund of the price of the ticket purchased (or sector if downgraded oneway) | |||||||
| If your length of journey is 3500km or more, you are entitled to 75% refund of the price of the ticket purchased (or sector if downgraded oneway) | |||||||
